Job Summary:

The Hair Design Specialist at Ulta Beauty is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized hair care consultations and recommendations. This role requires a strong understanding of beauty products and services, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with guests to understand their hair care needs and preferences
• Consult with guests on beauty products and services, including hair care and styling options
• Provide personalized recommendations to enhance the guest's overall look and experience
• Support the sales and guest experience teams to drive business growth and guest satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends and product offerings to provide expert advice and guidance

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in the beauty industry, preferably in a sales or guest experience role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of beauty products and services, including hair care and styling options
