About the Role

Sonoco is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain/Demand Analyst to join our team in Hartsville, SC. As a key member of our Industrial Supply Chain staff, you will play a critical role in supporting our Demand Forecasting, Demand Management, and Supply Planning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Planning and S&OP for GPP NA in data analysis for Demand Forecasting, Demand Management, and Supply Planning.
  • Work closely with commercial, operations, finance, and customer service & production planning teams to refine and execute the integrated business plan.
  • Develop and maintain demand forecasts, statistical tuning, and commercial intelligence integration.
  • Support the Demand Planning Process for S&OP using Logility Demand Management, Inventory Planning, Price f(x), and data warehouse analytics.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to manage demand forecasts and coordinate with the Paper Sales Team on demand-related issues.
  • Identify, initiate, and present supply chain analysis to Division Management to enable decision-making related to steering overall demand and specific demand decisions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Mathematics.
  • Two or more years of experience in related work areas.
  • Supply Chain, Demand Management, or other certifications are a plus.

  • Competitive annual base salary range: $62,560 to $110,250.
  • Annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
