About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Fitness Ambassador. As a key member of our studio team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, promoting our brand, and driving sales.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and Engage with Members: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for all members, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their fitness journey.
- Present the OTF Concept: Confidently and effectively communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our science-based, full-body workout.
- Work at the Front Desk: Manage the front desk area, handling member inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Conduct Studio Tours: Showcase our state-of-the-art facilities and equipment, highlighting the features and amenities that set us apart.
- Support Trainers and Members: Collaborate with our trainers to guide new members through their first workout, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Sell Memberships: Effectively promote and sell memberships to help drive studio growth and revenue.
- Follow up with Prospective Clients: Build relationships with potential members, addressing their questions and concerns to ultimately convert them into loyal customers.
- Resolve Member Concerns: Professionally and empathetically handle member complaints or issues, striving for resolution and ensuring a positive experience.
- Participate in Marketing Events: Represent our brand at local events, promoting our services and building relationships with the community.
- Maintain a Clean and Organized Studio: Ensure all areas of the studio are tidy and well-maintained, reflecting positively on our brand and values.
