CT Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our team at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

The CT Technologist will be responsible for operating computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures. This includes preparing patients for exams, positioning them correctly, and ensuring that all necessary safety protocols are followed.

• Operate computed tomography equipment to produce high-quality images of the body's internal structures
• Prepare patients for exams, including explaining procedures and positioning them correctly
• Ensure that all necessary safety protocols are followed, including radiation safety and infection control
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
• Maintain accurate records of patient exams and procedures

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• ARRT certification in radiography and computed tomography
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• 1+ year of experience in radiology, with a preference for CT experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
