    • Analyze financial data and modify operational budgets to enhance profitability and implement cost control measures.
    • Explore and cultivate new revenue streams.
  • Organize and oversee daily business operations to guarantee seamless execution.
    • Assess the effectiveness of business processes in alignment with organizational goals and implement continuous improvements.
    • Gather, analyze, and interpret performance data and metrics to evaluate overall effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire team members while providing constructive feedback.
  • Oversee procurement activities and streamline processes to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Revise and/or develop policies and advocate for their effective implementation.
  • Manage relationships and agreements with stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Adhere to and enforce all operational policies and procedures, which may include creating user manuals, training materials, and other essential documentation for successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and corporate policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a unified company culture, supporting and enhancing the brand value of UniTek USA LLC.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Oversee Project Coordinators, Administrative Assistants, Project Administrators, and Crew Personnel.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:
  • Preferred degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of management experience in telecommunications construction.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks, pre-employment drug testing, and random drug screenings.
Additional Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and Adobe Suites.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop actionable plans.
  • Experience with fiber optic cabling, communication subsystems, and wide area networking, particularly in OSP telecom construction.
  • Familiarity with project costs, engineered designs, and installation requirements.
  • Demonstrated project management and leadership experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated and driven by metrics and KPIs.
  • Effective multitasking abilities.
