Position Overview

The role of a Production Assembler involves engaging in a range of tasks that include both repetitive and non-repetitive assembly operations for electronic and mechanical components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations: Execute various assembly tasks on components such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables.
  • Technical Skills: Interpret diagrams and drawings to create initial layouts, utilizing hand tools, power tools, jigs, and saws effectively.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct continuity checks on both ongoing and finished work to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Inspection Duties: Perform quality inspections on the production line in alignment with established quality specifications.
  • Modification and Testing: Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies as per specifications under controlled conditions.

This position is essential for maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency in production processes at ICONMA.
