Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct daily inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and minimize disruptions.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize equipment performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance-related issues and improve overall facilities management.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall goals of the organization.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform manual labor as needed.
