Position Overview
LocumJobsOnline is collaborating with Curative to identify a skilled Hematology and Oncology physician for a locum tenens opportunity.

Compensation Details
Hourly rate ranges from $460 to $490.

Practice Environment

The practice is seeking an Oncology physician to cover their outpatient clinic. The setting includes:

  • Outpatient oncology practice
  • Comprehensive support staff, including RNs, infusion nurses, navigators, radiation oncologists, dietitians, prior authorization specialists, and patient advocates
  • Mosaiq/Meditech for charting

Work Schedule
  • 1-2 weeks of coverage per month for up to one year
  • Monday through Friday schedule
  • Availability for staff communication when off-site
    • No on-call responsibilities

Patient Care Responsibilities
  • Management of a diverse patient demographic
  • Types of cancers managed include:
    • Common Cancers: Breast, prostate, lung
    • Gastrointestinal Cancers: Colon/rectal, liver, pancreatic
    • Other Cancers: Head and neck, skin, melanoma, lymphomas, sarcoma, ovarian, testicular, gynecologic, neuroendocrine, bladder, kidney, brain, metastatic disease, non-malignant hematology
  • Preferred experience in bone marrow biopsy

Qualifications Required:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Oncology
  • ACLS, BLS, and DEA certifications are mandatory
  • Valid medical license in North Dakota is essential
