About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at ConcordRents. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and integrity of our apartment homes and community amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs to apartment homes, including painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work.
  • Inspect and maintain community amenities, such as pools, irrigation systems, and landscaping.
  • Respond to service requests from residents and staff, and perform repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Process assigned areas of grounds, including trash removal, pressure washing, and cleaning.
  • Conduct and document move-in and move-out inspections, and orient new residents to the operation of appliances.
  • Maintain property grounds and notify supervisor of safety hazards, property damage, or unsightly conditions.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required.
  • Basic mechanical knowledge and ability to speak, read, and write English.
  • Prefer over one year of experience in maintenance or a related field.
  • Certified Pool Operator and Environmental Protection Agency certifications may be required.
