Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Project Risk Management Registers and Processes: Develop and implement risk management procedures, conduct monthly risk reviews with project leadership and subject matter experts, and ensure effective risk mitigation strategies are in place.
  • Run Quantitative Risk Assessments: Conduct regular quantitative risk assessments to identify and prioritize potential risks, and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them.
  • Develop Project Control Procedures and Solutions: Collaborate with project controls teams to develop and implement project control procedures and solutions that ensure effective risk management and capital project delivery.
  • Manage Risk Management Process: Oversee the risk management process from project initiation to completion, including regular reporting to project leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support Contingency Planning: Develop and implement contingency plans to mitigate potential risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Coordinate with Project Controls Teams: Work closely with project controls teams to ensure risks are incorporated into cost forecasts and schedules.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in project controls, risk management, or a related field, with a strong background in risk management software and tools.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex risk management concepts to stakeholders.
  • Software Experience: Proficiency in risk management software, such as Safran Risk, Primavera Risk, Oracle, or OPC/@risk.
  • Monte Carlo Analysis: Experience with Monte Carlo analysis tools and techniques.
