Host and Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Host to join our team at Cooper's Hawk Winery & Restaurants. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

• Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile and provide exceptional service, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Phone and Inquiries: Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries in a professional and informed manner.
• Table Management: Manage table assignments, ensuring efficient seating and maximizing guest flow.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with servers, service assistants, and other team members to maintain a seamless service experience.
• Appearance and Attitude: Maintain a professional image and attitude at all times, adhering to company guidelines and standards.

• Age and Education: Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Communication and Teamwork: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, lift up to 40 pounds, and exert fast-paced mobility for extended periods.
• Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
