  • Enforce facility rules and regulations, addressing violations such as loitering or unauthorized access.
  • Control access to premises, ensuring only authorized individuals are permitted entry.
  • Observe and report any suspicious behavior to prevent theft or loss of property.
  • Prepare detailed reports on incidents, accidents, and any unusual occurrences.
  • Provide assistance and support to clients, staff, and visitors in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must possess a valid security guard license.
  • Ability to operate communication equipment and monitor surveillance systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Excellent observational skills and attention to detail.
  • Capability to assess situations quickly and accurately.

Additional Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old or meet state minimum age requirements.
  • U.S. citizenship or legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.
  • Must pass a thorough background check, including criminal history and employment verification.
