Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technician or Technologist to join our team at Lighthouse Lab Services. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for performing high and moderate complexity testing, as well as laboratory support functions.
Key Responsibilities- Testing and Quality Control: Perform high and moderate complexity testing at a basic level with some supervision, and perform quality control and maintenance checks for all departments.
- Laboratory Support: Perform various testing in all departments, including molecular chemistry, coagulation, hematology, special chemistry, urinalysis, serology, and blood banking.
- Inventory and Supplies: Perform inventories and restock reagents, calibrators, controls, and supplies as needed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform equipment and instrumentation maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration as needed.
- Education: Minimum Associate's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Medical Technology, or a related science (MLT/MT program graduate preferred).
- Certification: MLT or MLS(ASCP) required.
- Experience: Previous experience preferred, but new grads with MLT/MLS certification are welcome to apply.
- Salary: Commensurate with education and experience (depending on experience) + shift differential.
- Benefits: Full benefits, including 401K, health, vision, and dental.
- Shift: Nights (2nd) and rotating weekends.
- Sign-on Bonus: Possible sign-on bonus of $6000, with $3000 paid after 90 days and $3000 paid after 1 year.
