Your Role:

The Inside Sales/Warehouse team plays a crucial role in nurturing customer relationships, troubleshooting issues, and fulfilling orders in collaboration with the Outside Sales team. Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Proactively resolve issues as they arise.
  • Prepare and manage quotes, purchase orders, and sales orders.
  • Collaborate closely with the outside sales team to enhance customer relationships.
  • Present optimal product offerings tailored to customer requirements.
  • Oversee order fulfillment and communicate any potential issues.
  • Calculate pricing and negotiate with customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors.
  • Handle shipping and receiving processes efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate documentation in partnership with the Accounting team.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

No prior experience is necessary, though relevant experience is advantageous.
