Housekeeping Inspector

We are seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Inspector to join our team at the Residence Inn by Marriott Austin University Area, managed by Moody National Management LP. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our guest rooms.

• Inspect guest rooms daily to ensure quality service and adherence to company and hotel brand standards.
• Train and monitor Room Attendants to ensure they meet housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns in a courteous and professional manner.
• Update management on progress and status of each area of responsibility.
• Promptly report any unsafe or broken equipment or fixtures to management.

• High school education or equivalent desirable.
• 1+ years of experience as an Inspector or comparable position.
• Ability to read and understand written instructions.
• Basic supervisory skills.
• Good command of the English language.

This role operates in a hotel environment and requires frequent use of commercial and household chemicals and cleaning solutions. Work days and hours may vary, and occasional overtime may be required.
