Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) to support student success.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including one-on-one and group sessions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to student support.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided, including progress reports and IEP updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • For SLP:
    • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Current state licensure in the state of employment or eligibility for licensure.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) is preferred.
  • For SLPA:
    • Bachelors or Associates degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program from an accredited institution.
    • Current state certification or licensure in the state of employment as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse student population.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to travel between multiple school sites, as needed.
