POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Experience Associate embodies warmth, exceptional service, and high standards while assisting patrons in navigating our merchandise offerings. This role involves welcoming guests upon entry, addressing inquiries regarding products and store policies, and aiding in item location. The Customer Experience Associate is tasked with handling transactions and ensuring the sales area remains organized and well-stocked. The objective is to enhance our business growth by delivering a memorable shopping experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
  • Warmly greet arriving and departing guests with a sincere smile and eye contact.
  • Recommend products, share insights, and provide detailed merchandise information.
  • Stay alert and attentive on the sales floor to assist with guest requirements.
  • Address complaints or process customer refunds with a positive demeanor and professionalism.
  • Manage financial transactions and efficiently process payments using the POS system.
  • Maintain a tidy and well-stocked sales floor.
  • Organize stock rooms and accurately monitor inventory levels.
REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Customer-focused mindset and patience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with cash handling and cashier responsibilities
  • Dependable and trustworthy
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
EDUCATION/REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred experience of at least 6 months in retail-related roles.
  • Preferred experience of at least 6 months in customer service roles.
