About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Aramark. As a key member of our Food Services Team, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of food items according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bake and prepare food items using top-of-the-line equipment and following established recipes and guidelines.
  • Set up workstations with all necessary ingredients and equipment.
  • Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, and chopping.
  • Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, mixers, and other kitchen appliances.
  • Safely use a variety of utensils, including knives, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Properly store food items by adhering to food safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a baker or in a related role is preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of baking methods, standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Ability to obtain food safety certification(s).
  • Demonstrated basic math and counting skills.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
