To deliver an outstanding member experience through enjoyable and engaging fitness activities. Group Fitness Instructors are dynamic, knowledgeable leaders who inspire and ENCOURAGE others through movement and community engagement within fitness classes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Consistently provide an exceptional fitness experience to all Studio members by exemplifying our core values.
  • Ensure the Vasa Uplift Member Experience (VUME) is delivered in every class.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared, ensuring the environment is ready and members are welcomed on time.
  • Safely and accurately demonstrate exercises and movements while actively monitoring class participants.
  • Execute post-class procedures, including cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Be approachable, professional, and engaging, providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing member needs and concerns.
  • Possess knowledge and communicate clearly, teaching safe and effective classes that cater to various fitness levels and abilities.
  • Inspire and energize participants by fostering a community that is inclusive, enjoyable, and supportive.

Actively promote classes to retain existing members and attract new participants.
