Nephrologist Physician

St. Luke's Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Nephrologist Physician to join our team. As a key member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, cost-effective medical care to patients with kidney disease.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive medical evaluations and histories of patients with kidney disease
- Develop and implement treatment plans to manage kidney disease and related conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between care settings
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in nephrology to provide evidence-based care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited medical school and completion of residency and/or fellowship in nephrology
- Current or recent experience in nephrology
- Board Certified/Eligible in nephrology by the appropriate medical board
