Requirements
  • A JD from an accredited law school
  • A member of the SC Bar in good standing
  • 2-5 years of experience practicing as an attorney with knowledge of and experience in litigation and civil procedure
  • Strong legal writing skills, including experience in drafting briefs and other legal documents
  • Ability to express arguments and conclusions clearly and logically
  • Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented, hardworking, and results-driven team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience gathering evidence to be used in trial and interviewing key witnesses
  • Must have litigation experience and in-court trial experience
