Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Manage unit staffing and provide leadership to ensure clinical objectives are met.
  • Direct, educate, and supervise nursing and support staff during your shift.
  • Assess patient care needs and allocate assignments appropriately.
  • Evaluate patient care effectiveness and address any issues impacting outcomes.
  • Handle patient care complaints through established procedures.
  • Contribute to staff hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Current BLS certification required within one month of hire.
  • Registered Nurse credential from the appropriate state board required prior to employment.

Education:
  • Professional licensure and a minimum of one year of relevant experience required.
