Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee studio operations, dedicating 25-30 hours weekly on-site.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Franchise Owner to ensure seamless logistics and operations.
- Engage with the Sales Manager regarding membership pricing and offerings.
- Coordinate with the Lead Trainer for effective scheduling.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance member retention and drive referrals.
- Proactively generate leads through grassroots marketing and community partnerships.
- Participate in local networking and community events to promote the studio.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising sales staff in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
- Evaluate sales staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
- Organize monthly meetings with the sales team to discuss strategies and updates.
- Work with the franchise owner to manage retail vendor relationships, ensuring product availability and brand compliance.
- Uphold all operational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service and manage membership inquiries.
- Oversee inventory management of equipment and marketing materials.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the studio owner to align on upcoming initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, service, fitness, or project management.
- Proven ability to organize community events and foster partnerships.
- Fluent in English with strong communication skills across various platforms.
- Genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional demeanor with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
- Proficient in Client Management Software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in managing multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
- Previous supervisory experience is essential, fostering a respectful team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
