Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee studio operations, dedicating 25-30 hours weekly on-site.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and Franchise Owner to ensure seamless logistics and operations.
  • Engage with the Sales Manager regarding membership pricing and offerings.
  • Coordinate with the Lead Trainer for effective scheduling.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance member retention and drive referrals.
  • Proactively generate leads through grassroots marketing and community partnerships.
  • Participate in local networking and community events to promote the studio.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising sales staff in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Evaluate sales staff performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
  • Organize monthly meetings with the sales team to discuss strategies and updates.
  • Work with the franchise owner to manage retail vendor relationships, ensuring product availability and brand compliance.
  • Uphold all operational policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and manage membership inquiries.
  • Oversee inventory management of equipment and marketing materials.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the studio owner to align on upcoming initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, service, fitness, or project management.
  • Proven ability to organize community events and foster partnerships.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills across various platforms.
  • Genuine passion for fitness and wellness.
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on punctuality and reliability.
  • Proficient in Client Management Software, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in managing multiple revenue streams, including memberships and retail.
  • Previous supervisory experience is essential, fostering a respectful team environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
