As a Critical Care Paramedic with Mission Health, you will be responsible for providing high-quality pre-hospital and interfacility advanced life support, including assessment, triage, and treatment, utilizing standards and guidelines established by HCA Healthcare North Carolina MAMA Medical Director(s).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care in high-acuity settings, prioritizing safety and quality outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical protocols and guidelines, maintaining current licensure and certification as a Paramedic in N.C. Office of Emergency Medical Services.
- Paramedic Certificate from an accredited college or Associates of Science in EMS.
- Minimum 2 years full-time critical care experience at the Critical Care Paramedic level at a demanding 911 or interfacility transport service.
- Maintain BCLS, ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation Program, and advance provider ITLS or PHTLS.
- Must have a valid Class C NC driver's license and meet Mission Health insurance guidelines.
