We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Custer State Park Resorts. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen facilities.

• Provide Excellent Guest Service: Ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
• Maintain Kitchen Work Areas: Sweep and mop kitchen floors, clean and sanitize equipment, worktables, walls, refrigerators, and cutting blocks.
• Operate Dishwashing Machine: Load and unload dishes, utensils, and equipment, and maintain the chemical supply for the dishwasher.
• Sort and Presoak Silverware: Ensure that all silverware is properly sorted and presoaked before washing.
• Transfer Supplies and Equipment: Move supplies and equipment between storage and work areas as needed.

• Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment: You must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attention to Detail: You must be able to maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
• Physical Demands: You must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds.
