Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to visual merchandising standards and ensuring a safe and secure shopping experience.
  • Support the sales floor team in maintaining a high level of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management activities to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods, with regular breaks as needed.
