About the Role

Sandvik is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Service Professional to join our team as a Parts and Service Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the mining industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and support assigned accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Service: Develop and pursue sales opportunities for aftermarket products and services, and provide technical support to customers.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture new sales.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate forecasting and ordering.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders to ensure seamless sales and service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's Degree in engineering, technical, or business field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 5 years of industry-related experience, with a strong background in sales and service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.
