Club Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and courteous Hostess to join our team at Mariner Sands Country Club. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.

• Ensure the dining room is well-maintained and presentable at all times, with a focus on attention to detail and high standards of personal appearance.
• Respond to member and guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, notifying the Dining Room Manager as necessary.
• Coordinate the setup and scheduling of special functions, ensuring seamless execution and excellent service.
• Greet members and guests, escorting them to their tables and providing menus as needed.
• Inspect the dining room and direct the wait or bus staff to make any necessary adjustments to table settings or linens.
• Extend a warm thank you and concern for satisfaction to departing members, ensuring a positive experience.
