- Certifications and Licenses
- Basic life support (BLS) certification.
- Current clinical license in the state in which the hospital resides, if applicable.
- Education
- Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing.
- Experience
- Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience.
