About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physiotherapist to join our team at JAG Physical Therapy. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses, developing effective treatment plans, and delivering high-quality interventions to enhance recovery and maximize functional independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough initial evaluations, daily assessments, and reassessments to inform treatment planning.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and support systems to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their support systems on therapeutic exercises, activities, and community reintegration strategies.
  • Oversee support staff, including physical therapist assistants, athletic trainers, and PT aides, to ensure efficient and effective care delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctorate degree preferred.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state practicing.
  • Completed CEU requirements in the state practicing (NY, NJ).
  • Valid CPR certification.
  • Experience with EMR software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, clinical decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
