KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

  • Provide fundamental patient care under the supervision of nursing personnel.
  • Assist with tasks such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring patients, and changing linens.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS OF THE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

  • Must possess a valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification as per state regulations.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED FOR THE Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA):

  • Proficient in reading, writing, speaking, and comprehending the English language.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide age-appropriate care for residents.
  • Able to work collaboratively as a supportive team member, exemplifying teamwork and cooperation.
  • Exhibit patience, tact, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm, along with the ability to manage challenging residents.
  • Capable of conveying information regarding a resident's condition effectively.

Employment Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per diem, PRN

Compensation: $19.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Preferred: 1 year in caregiving.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant License (Required)
