Overview
Opportunity: Bartender
As a Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages and food in a welcoming, polite, and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas.
- Prepare garnishes by slicing and pitting fruits.
- Verify customer age by checking identification for alcohol purchases.
- Prepare and serve drink and food orders.
- Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests seated in bar and lounge areas, if applicable.
- Process guest checks and complete payment transactions.
- Adhere to standards for managing intoxicated guests.
- Complete beverage requisitions to maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Finish required side work before the end of your shift.
- Monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to enhance overall guest experiences.
- Assist in taking beverage inventory.
- Follow sustainability practices in line with the company's EarthView program.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including wearing protective equipment and following MSDS and OSHA standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements
- High school diploma preferred.
- TIPS certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in bartending or mixology is required, or equivalent training.
- Food Sanitation certificate is a plus and must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
Work Environment
The work schedule may vary and could include holidays, weekends, and different shifts. The role requires standing for extended periods, walking, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, as well as bending and reaching.
