Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Acute Dialysis team. As a Dialysis Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients to identify their unique needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Implement and evaluate the effectiveness of care provided, ensuring that patients receive the highest level of care.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Assume charge nurse responsibilities and provide leadership and guidance to LPNs and non-licensed technical personnel.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest dialysis techniques and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current State of Michigan RN licensure.
  • At least 12 months of experience in nursing care, including 3 months of experience providing care to maintenance Hemodialysis patients.
  • Previous dialysis experience preferred.
