We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team in Austin, Texas. As a Radiology Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures on ambulatory patients in a Physician Office and Clinic Settings.
Key Responsibilities- Performs exams in various areas, including skull, chest, spine, extremities, chiropractic, podiatry, and cardiovascular, upon demonstration of competencies.
- Prepares patients for radiological procedures by positioning them, adjusting immobilization devices, and setting exposure factors.
- Minimizes radiation exposure to patients and staff by practicing radiation protection techniques.
You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality images are obtained while maintaining a calm and helpful attitude under times of stress.
Requirements- Graduate of an accredited program.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- Licensed as a Limited Medical Radiologic Technologist (LMRT) by the State of Texas Medical Board.
- A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum.
