Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team at Yoh. As an SLP, you will work with students to assess and diagnose language, speech, and hearing disorders, and develop and implement treatment plans to improve communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' language, speech, and hearing abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address identified needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure effective communication and support
  • Provide consultation and training to staff on language, speech, and hearing-related issues
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Washington State ESA Certification as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Public school experience as an SLP
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups
