About the Opportunity
We are seeking a talented Associate Director, Programmatic to drive success in audience-based programmatic media programs across our diverse client portfolio. This is a highly collaborative role that requires an analytical individual with expertise in data-enabled problem-solving capabilities. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a team to set up technical aspects (tactics, creative) for all campaigns flawlessly and meet client objectives.
• Overseeing team members running and optimizing campaigns with different goals/KPIs, ensuring DSP recommendations are based on historical performance against each KPI with consideration for broader agency objectives.
• Confidently communicating and recommending technical solutions with agency partners to drive client business results.
• Proactively managing potential issues flagged by senior management or team members regarding campaign performance overall (low viewability placements, non-brand safe sites, etc.) and identifying opportunities for optimization (high performing placements with low eCPMs).
• Ensuring budgets align, naming conventions are accurate, and selecting proper DSP's to align with campaign goals.
• Building/Setup campaign reports within reporting dashboard.
• Supporting finance primes and senior leadership team with pulling ad hoc reports and drawing meaningful insights to support business decisions.
