Emergency Room Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Kaiser Permanente's West LA Medical Center. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care.

• Develop and implement individualized plans of care that reflect assessment, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and education.
• Provide patient education and support to promote health and wellness.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.

• Minimum six (6) months recent experience in ED or Critical Care.
• Registered Nurse License (California).
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
• Basic Life Support.

This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week, with every other weekend (Sat/Sun) and a 7:00 pm-7:30 am shift. The ideal candidate will be flexible, cooperative, and willing to assist others.
