Caregiver Partner

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver Partner to join our team at Agapes Love Home Care LLC. As a key member of our team, you will provide personalized care and assistance to patients in their homes, working closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care and support.

• Deliver high-quality patient care, including bathing assistance, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Engage patients in activities to promote mental and physical well-being, such as reading aloud or conversing.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior home health or hospice experience preferred but not necessary.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test.

• Competitive hourly rate of $18.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience.
