We are seeking a skilled Board Certified Gastroenterologist to join our medical team in Arkansas. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work with a large primary care base, providing a huge referral source.

About the Job
  • This is a full-time, permanent position at a 438-bed hospital located in the heart of Jonesboro, serving as a regional referral center for 23 counties in Northeast Arkansas and Southeast Missouri.
  • The successful candidate will be part of a very busy and established group of 4 BC Gastroenterologists, with opportunities to engage in research and teach residents/medical students.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Perform 10-13 procedures/day and be busy from day one, with call coverage of 1:5.
  2. Work in an outpatient surgery center with state-of-the-art equipment and options for GI Hospitalist part-time or full-time availability.
  3. Participate in bariatric endoscopy, motility, therapeutic endoscopy, EUS, ERCP, and other specialist areas.
