Server Position

At Santa Clara Development Corporation, we are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

• Set up service areas according to restaurant guidelines.
• Prepare beverages and condiments as requested in a sanitary and timely manner.
• Follow steps of service, meal pacing, and complete shift and closing side work according to specifications.
• Alert a member of the Leadership team in the event of product shortage or quality issues.
• Clean and maintain service stations through practicing food safety, sanitation, and organizational skills.
• Practice proper cash handling methods, return exact guest change, and properly remit all required documentation of credit card transactions, declaration of all gratuities, and all monies owed the Food and Beverage Department at the close of each shift.
• Assist with the clearing and reset of tables in a timely and sanitary fashion.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the F&B Management Team.

• Minimum of 1 year full service Serving experience.
• Food Handling Certificate, Alcohol Awareness Certification, and Cash handling experience required.
