We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Associate - Production Planning Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for intermediate professional with practical knowledge of job area. Works under moderate supervision to set objectives for own job area.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in the aerospace industry, on a production line for electronics, and possess intermediate computer skills – File/folder navigation, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. They will communicate with contacts inside and outside own team to explain and interpret operational processes, practices, and procedures.

Essential Functions:

  • Candidate will be responsible for ensuring deliverables meet all performance requirements through manufacturing processes via production planning.
  • Experience working in the aerospace industry, on a production line for electronics.
  • Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing production planning using known procedures and processes.
  • Proficient at tracking assemblies, verifying shelf life and requirements of materials necessary to complete builds on schedule.
  • Must be able to do investigative work - may have to look through parts lists, inventory history, schedules, and drawings of assemblies.
  • May assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify processes.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions to manager/site leads. Must be able to work in fast-paced, schedule driven environment, without sacrificing product quality.
  • Able to successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects. Acute attention to detail, excellent organizational skills.
