Position Overview

Farm Credit of Northwest Florida is in search of a dedicated full-time Commercial Credit Analyst to support the financial needs across the Associations' 18 chartered counties. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities including credit management, financial assessment, and comprehensive oversight of diverse financial packages and loan originations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough credit administration and financial analysis.
  • Perform ongoing monitoring and due diligence on financial packages.
  • Prepare risk ratings and provide decision recommendations for loan committees.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of lending programs and operational procedures.

Experience with agricultural financing is advantageous.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Agricultural Business, Agricultural Economics, or a related discipline. A minimum of five (5) years of experience in managing and analyzing complex credit for commercial and/or commercial real estate loans is required, including expertise in structuring and evaluating intricate credit relationships.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $66,700 - $82,400, complemented by up to a 9% employer contribution to your 401K as part of a comprehensive benefits package. Proficiency in English is essential, and bilingual capabilities in Spanish are a plus.
