Position Overview:

The Small Package Logistics Specialist plays a crucial role in the efficiency of the Shipping and Packaging Department, focusing on the preparation and handling of small package shipments.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently process orders and organize products for the packaging area.
  • Label merchandise, materials, or products associated with small package shipments before they depart from the distribution center.
  • Manually handle the stacking and unstacking of products to ensure readiness for outgoing small package shipments.

This role requires a combination of physical activity, including frequent sitting and standing, as well as the ability to bend, squat, kneel, reach overhead, and stand or walk for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:
Must be capable of pushing, pulling, and lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds.


Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory.
  • Experience in a warehouse or distribution setting is preferred.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail is essential.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team to achieve shared objectives.
