We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Veterinarian to join our team at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for championing veterinary quality and ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that our hospital meets all regulatory requirements, including controlled substance management, radiation safety, and charging consistency.
- Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance programs to ensure that our hospital provides the highest level of care to our patients.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure that our hospital runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Patient Care: Provide exceptional patient care, including preventive care and evidence-based medicine.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with our clients and communicate effectively with them about their pets' health and care.

Requirements- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
