ABA Therapist

Total Care ABA is a leading provider of in-home ABA therapy services throughout the state of Tennessee. Our mission is to deliver high-quality, individualized care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families.

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our team on a part-time basis. As an RBT with Total Care ABA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and their families, providing ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.

• Deliver ABA Therapy: Provide individualized ABA therapy to clients in their homes or community settings, as required.
• Record Keeping: Accurately maintain records of client progress and provide regular updates to families and caregivers.
• Travel: Travel to client homes or community settings, as required, to deliver services.
• Training and Development: Participate in initial and ongoing staff training, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement.
