St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, a part of Trinity Health, is seeking an Endocrinologist to join our established and thriving practice in Albany, New York.
We are a multi-disciplinary team of endocrinologists, advanced practitioners, and Certified Diabetes Educators dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes improve their quality of life. Our practice provides diagnosis, treatment, and long-term care for individuals with diabetes, and other endocrine and metabolic disorders.
We offer the latest diabetes care technology, including insulin pump/sensor download and professional continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) for diagnosis. Our specialized services include complication screening, prevention and treatment, medication management, foot care, smoking cessation, onsite HbA1c testing, weight management, and nutritional counseling, diabetes support groups, and individual and group diabetes education classes.
Job Highlights
Practice sees adults only. The position primarily involves outpatient care with a 1:10 call, with additional inpatient call coverage only when the inpatient providers are off. Flexibility in scheduling.
Requirements
Applicants should have the following: Board Certified or eligible in Endocrinology, NYS Licensed, Experience preferred but recent graduates are also encouraged to apply. This is an excellent opportunity for an Endocrinologist to join an outstanding practice within St. Peter's Health Partners.
Recruitment Package
St. Peter's Health Partners Medical Associates, offers a comprehensive salary and compensation package that includes: Competitive salary base to begin practice, with eventual move to integrated compensation model based on productivity, Compensation is between $245,000 and $260,000, Starting Bonus of $35,000 and Retention Bonuses of $15,000 for 2 years, Excellent benefits; including health/vision/dental insurances, Paid malpractice, including post-SPHP employment tail coverage, CME time & expense allowance of $4,500, 5 weeks of paid time away from the practice, 403b Retirement savings program with employer matching program, Relocation assistance is available.
