Barista Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at HalfSmoke. As a Barista, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming store environment.

• Customer Interaction: Respond to and anticipate guest needs, greet and thank each customer, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Operational Procedures: Follow Butter Me Up operational procedures and policies, including cash handling, safety and security, good personal hygiene, and teamwork and support.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, provide quality food and beverage to guests by adhering to all recipes and standards, and follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
• Store Appearance: Clean, stock inventory, and take pride in store appearance, maintaining regular and punctual attendance and adhering to uniform and grooming standards.

• Previous Experience: Previous experience within a customer-facing environment, preferably in a food and beverage focused environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Certifications: Certified in Food Safety.
