We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with a passion for construction to join our ambitious team. As a Permanent Project Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of project planning, execution, and closure, including defining project scope, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand expectations and work to the project schedule.
  • Review the project in-depth to determine necessary resources (workforce, materials, etc.).
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and report issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a project management role within the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale construction projects on time and on budget.
  • Exceptional knowledge of construction procedures, material, and project management principles.
  • Proficiency in project management software tools.
