1. Analyze loan data in PowerLender, identifying potential issues and areas for improvement.
2. Promote effective communication among parties involved in the loan transaction, ensuring seamless coordination and resolution of challenges.
3. Develop and implement strategies to enhance loan closing efficiency, reducing delays and improving overall quality.
4. Maintain accurate records and documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and company standards.
5. Work collaboratively with processing departments and title companies to ensure timely completion of mortgage loans.

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant field
