Independent Optometrist

We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space in our Walmart stores, providing exceptional eye and vision care to our customers. As an independent lease holder, you will have the autonomy to establish your own days of practice, hours of operation, patient schedule, and fee schedule.

• Provide high-quality eye and vision care to patients
• Establish and maintain a professional and welcoming practice environment
• Manage patient scheduling and workflow
• Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract and retain patients
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry developments and best practices

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9

• Ophthalmologist (MD or DO) from an accredited school
• Experience in retail or business management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
